Together on the Isch

Saint Petersburg > Vladivostok
It's the Longest Way in the biggest country on earth. We rode on this road already three times, but never before did we cover the whole distance, because a 'small' part along the Chinese border (app. 2500km) was still impassable; the road was not strong enough to withstand the waters of too much melting ice and the bridges were not ready yet. In 2008 the road will be ready

Route
The tour will be more than coverring the ca. 15000km between St. Petersburg and Vladivostok. St. Petersburg and Moscow are impressive cities. From there we will pass other cities with great names like Yekatarinaburg and Omsk (once a closed city), Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Ulan Ude and Khabarovsk toVladivostok.
We'll visit the Ural factory and go to the most beautiful Lake Baikal. The tour schedule rund over 49 days.

Meetings
We would like to organise some meetings about this tour in jan/february'08. We will talk about the tour formula, the route, the terms for participation. We wil also show you some pictures to give you a photografic preview.

Tour formula
The tour will be organised and guided by Ride-on motorTours in their typical way, with routes and goals well described in a roadbook. Because of this all will keep their freedom to travel the way it feels good, so that everyone can make this into his/her own super tour. We will not be obliged to operate as one group for 24 hours a day (will only do that when that feels good) and it will be more likely that we will all survive the 50 days of travelling together.

All visa and visa-invitations

Entry fee to visit the Forbiden city and the Chinese Wall

*) Based on a motorcycle (size and weight) like a TDM900. For bigger/heavier bikes a surcharge is applicable. The price may also change due to other circumstances like rising fuel cost etc.

Carnet de Passage
Travel and health insurance
Cancellation insur. (compulsary)
Petrol
Dinners (some exceptions)
Personal expenses
Possible fuel surcharge
