The Route
We'll ride the longest road in the biggest country in the world. We rode this road 4 times already, but only once we completed the whole distance, for a part of about 2500km along the Chinese border in the far east of Russia was impassable or a long time. The road was not made to withstand the load of water from the melting snowcap and bridges over the numerous rivers were not ready yet. Since 2008 the road is motorable.

The journey
The journey will be more than covering the distance. St. Petersburg and moscow are very impressive cities. From there we'll travel along cities with names like Ekatarinaburg, omsk (once a forbidden city), Novosibirsk, Irkutsk...
